INTEPLAST has implemented Asset Management, a structured service designed to provide customers with greater visibility, control and lifecycle monitoring of their production assets operated at INTEPLAST facilities.
As a contract manufacturer, INTEPLAST produces customer products using customer-owned tools and automated production lines. This new service reinforces that model by offering SAP-based monitoring, cycle-level traceability and structured asset tracking, supporting both high-precision industrial applications and regulated medical manufacturing environments.
Asset Management enables customers to monitor asset usage, track cycle consumption, anticipate refurbishment or replacement needs, forecast guarantee expiry and link quality performance to asset behaviour. The service also includes a dedicated asset owner and scheduled, personalised reporting adapted to each customer’s operational and quality requirements.
Already implemented with selected customers, Asset Management is now included as part of INTEPLAST’s standard manufacturing service, strengthening transparency, reliability and long-term asset control across its Automotive & Industrial and Medical divisions.
