Inteplast has expanded its production capacity with three new Engel e-mac injection moulding machines with a clamping force from 160 to 280 Tn.
The Engel e-mac electric machines guarantee a stable and robust transformation process, as well as the high precision required for manufacturing plastic solutions both in the automotive sector and healthcare sector.
It is also worth noting that they are energy-efficient machines, saving 50% of the energy of other models.
Inteplast has continually invested in technology since it was founded in 1972. In recent years, the company has grown increasingly through innovation, Industry 4.0 and sustainability.
Inteplast currently has 22,000 m2 of production plants in La Vall de Bianya (Spain) and in the Czech Republic, which are equipped with more than 100 injection moulding machines. The company’s quality management is certified by ISO 9001, ISO 13485 on medical devices, ISO TS 16949 and ISO 27001, and its environmental management by ISO 14001.
